Refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 14 days. To start the process, please call us at 770-315-0635 and we will email you a return authorization number along with a free FedEx return shipping label. Please note that our return policy timeline begins on the day that you initially receive your item and does not include the following items:

• Orders outside of the 14-day return policy period.
• Items that have been resized or altered in any way.
  
• Personalized items such as name necklaces or rings, etc., and engraved items.
• Items that have already been previously exchanged.
  
• Custom designed jewelry will be on a case-by-case basis depending on the level of customization and likelihood of resale.
